The Volkswagen of South Africa Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) won six awards at the recent National BPO and Call Centre Gala Awards function hosted by Business Process Enablement South Africa (BPeSA).  The national awards function, which took place in Port Elizabeth, is the prime benchmarking and recognition event for the contact centre industry in South Africa.
